- Source rentals require submission of licensing documentation authorizing possession of the rented source(s). Exempt quantity sources that are rented as a check source with associated instrument do not require a license.
- Unless the source is Non-Rad DOT, the source shipment will be shipped through the EnergySolutions' Brokers which will incur the Broker Fee per package to the customer (multiple sources can be shipped in 1 package). See Basic Rental Info in Instrument Rental tab for current Broker Rate.
- Sources should be ordered at least 1 business week in advance with approved payment method to allow for scheduling the shipment of the brokered source.
- NIST source will be shipped unless otherwise specified.
